Shipping outside the Continental U.S. 48 states
- At this time we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S. from our web site.

Return Policy
- Returns requests must be received within 7 days of delivery.
- All returns must include an RMA number. To receive an RMA number e-mail rma@mygreatgarage.com. Please include the original order number, as well as the reason for return.
- Return requests for defective merchandise are for exchange only. RMA requests must include original order number and the nature of the defect. Credit for defective merchandise will be given after inspection and verification of the defect.
- RMA numbers will not be issued for electronic merchandise, for non-defective products.
- All non defective items returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- All refused shipments are subject to an automatic 15% restocking fee.
- Returns must be shipped insured. Shipping must occur within 5 days of receipt of RMA number. If the item is not shipped within 5 days a new RMA number must be requested. Tracking numbers must be provided once the item has shipped.
- Returns should only be shipped to the address given with the RMA number. Any items not shipped to the proper address are subject to refusal at the delivery location.
- Customized items may not be returned.
