Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled by sending an e-mail to orders@mygreatgarage.com you must state your order number, and the e-mail must be received by the cancellation times below.
• Order can also be canceled by calling (815)572-0214
• For order placed prior to 4:00PM CT orders can be canceled prior to 4:00 PM CT on the day the order was placed, with no cancellation penalty.
• For order placed after 4:00PM CT orders can be canceled prior to 4:00 PM CT on the day following the day the order was placed, with no cancellation penalty.
• Any order canceled after the these times are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
• If the order has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Credit Card Usage

• Credit card charges will be processed through My Great Garage Inc.
• We currently accept Visa and MasterCard.
• Charges may be declined by your credit card issuer if the ship to address you use is not on file, with your credit cards issuing bank.
